Agricultural stone crushers and forestry mulcher for grass and shrubs

The AGRICULTURE product line introduces various models of stone crushers for agricultural use, ideal for land restoration and reclamation. The rotor is equipped with special fixed tools featuring hard metal inserts: this enables fine crushing of any type of stones up to a diameter of approximately 50 cm, deep underground.

The AGRICULTURE product line also comprises a particularly robust professional mulcher for grass and shrubs which can be equipped, in addition to the mobile standard hammers, also with the special “Y” shaped, specific for grass.

Designed to reach high performance levels and realized with top quality materials, all machines of this range stand out for their high wear-resistance and reduced maintenance.

Stone Crushers for Tractors (180-300HP)

Standard equipment: double side transmission, PTO drive shaft with cam clutch, gearbox with freewheel, adjustable skids, hydraulic rear hood, adjustable counter knives. In addition, for the STCH/R/SD model: inner plates in Hardox steel, skids with replaceable Hardox sole, ploughshares made of special steel, adjustable three point linkage.

MTH 200 / 225

Features:

  • Rear hydraulic protection / grader hood to level the output materialmth
  • Front hood hydraulic adjustment for a better protection of the tractor
  • Inner protections of the machine in HARDOX steel and easily interchangeable, ensuring a greater resistance to wear and keeping the ordinary maintentance costs low
  • To ensure the desired granulometry the machine is equipped with an adjustable HARDOX counter blade and an adjustable grid on the rear hood. The grid is independent from the hood in order to also work on wet material
  • Variable shredding chamber: up to 34cm depth, the MTH works by touching the soil solely with the rotor. Thanks to the shifting rotor, the volume of the chamber where the machine mixes the soil increases based on the deeper you work! This reduced traction effort turns into a substantial reduction of fuel consumption and an increased operating speed.

Standard equipment: gearbox with freewheel, reversible and side shifting attachment (except PMM 150 and 175), adjustable and self cleaning rear roller, adjustable rear hood, possibility to have the rotor equipped with heavy duty hammers or with "Y" flails
