The machines of this product range are manufactured according to rigorous construction methods and are equipped with unique components, resulting from the intensive research and development activity that motivates FAE GROUP. They are special solutions, designed for a reliable and efficient performance under the most rigorous conditions.
The stone crushers, particularly sturdy, thanks to the use of highly wear-resistant steel, are suitable for the maintenance and building of unpaved roads, gravel/forest roads and ski-slopes.
They are ideally suited to crush stones of any type and of large dimensions, even if deeply underground. For the construction of road foundations, freeways, airports, large squares, railway lines and other infrastructural works, the ROAD product range also offers various models of soil stabilizers, which guarantee excellent results, both in terms of productivity and of uniformity of soil mixing thanks to a working depth of up to 50 cm.
Optimal results are obtained by coupling the stone crushers and the soil stabilizers of the ROAD product range to tractors with an average/high performance power take-off equipped with creeper speed gears.
Range of Soil Stabilizers
SSM - SSM/HP
Soil stabilizer for tractors between 150 and 300 HP with a max working depth of 40 cm.
Standard equipment: double side gear type transmission, PTO drive shaft with cam clutch, gearbox with freewheel, hydraulic rear hood.
Options: hydraulic top link, hydraulic support roller for height adjustment, adjustable road type skids, adjustable dosing blade.
Notes: For their correct usage, a creeper gear transmission is recommended.
Range of Stone Crushers
STCL/R
Stone crushers for tractors between 80 and 150 HP with a max working depth of 15 cm.
Standard equipment: single or double driven transmission (depending from the model), PTO drive shaft with cam clutch, gearbox with free wheel, penetration skids, hydraulic rear hood, adjustable counter knives, adjustable three point linkage. Possibility to choose between 540 or 1000 rpm gearbox (only for models with single driven transmission).
Options: dosing blade, road kit, hydraulic top link.
Notes: For their correct usage, a creeper gear transmission is recommended.
STC/R
Stone crushers for road construction for tractors between 100 and 220 HP with a max working depth of 30 cm.
Standard equipment: double side transmission, PTO drive shaft with cam clutch, gearbox with free wheel, adjustable skids with interchangeable ploughshare and skid shoe, hydraulic rear hood, dosing blade mounted on the rear hood, adjustable counter knives.
Options: dosing blade, road Kit, hydraulic top link.

STCH/R STCH/R/SD
Stone crushers for road construction for tractors between 180 and 300 HP with a max working depth of 40 cm.
Standard equipment: double side transmission, PTO drive shaft with cam clutch, gearbox with freewheel, adjustable skids with interchangeable ploughshare and skid shoe, hydraulic rear hood, dosing blade mounted on the rear hood, adjustable counter knives.
In addition, for the STCH/R/SD model: inner plates in Hardox steel, adjustable three point linkage.
Options: dosing blade, road Kit, hydraulic top link.
